We are a team of resourceful professionals specialized in peacekeeping operations with high-level experience in humanitarian-related operations – a team with the technical know-how to act during emergency crisis (civil crisis, truce deals, health outbreaks, and or, disasters). Our purpose is to help tackle some of the world’s toughest challenges.

Mr. Konatee Greg Morris – Founder / Executive Director and Board of Secretary

Education: Master’s Degree in International Relations and Conflict Resolution – Capstone: Peacekeeping – American Public University System (APUS); Bachelor Degree in Sociology from the University of Liberia (UL). In addition to those, he has a variety of professional certificates in Organization Managements, Grant Management, Proposal and Grant writing, and Financial Management.

Apprized, endorsed, and well-versed as a humanitarian specialist, Mr. Morris, like many of his board members and staff, has 15+ years in grassroot and community-based development programs, Peacekeeping Operations, Emergency Crisis Management – Truce Deals including Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration; a pundit manager (Budgets, Projects, and Personnel); and a research expert endowed with a flair for diplomacy, negotiation, and language skills.

Prior to the birth of RESCUE, Mr. Morris has worked with humanitarian Organizations (UNHCR, The United Nations Mission in Liberia – UNMIL, UNWOMEN, USAID sponsored programs, and a good number of International organizations) both in West Africa (Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinee, Cote D’Ivoire), the USA, etc., and did live through its daunting tasks.

Mr. Morris believes that no goal is too audacious, no possibility is out of bounds, and there is no limit to what we can accomplish when we work together.

Mr. Cammue A. Mulbah – Board Chair

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Liberia. In addition to that, he has a variety of professional certificates in Proposal writing, Grants, and Financial Management.

He is the Founder/Executive Director of a fast growing local non-governmental, not-for-profit organization known as Survivors Aid International Liberia (SAIL).

Schooled in in the humanitarian field, Mr. Mulbah has 15+ years of grassroots and community-based development programs, a highly motivated, passionate social worker; a socially responsible individual with passion in working with vulnerable and marginalized populations – one who believes in team work, manority inclusion in decision making and awards allocation for various team players.

Prior to the establishment of SAIL, Mr. Mulbah served as a panelist for the National Youth Manifesto on Agriculture organized by the National Youth Movement for Transparent Elections (NAYMOYE) during the 2017 General and Presidential Elections in Liberia including the National Elections Commission in 2017 as an Electoral supervisor. Before then, he worked as a Prosecuting Clerk with the Ministry of Justice 2014-2016 in Margibi County, Liberia. He also served in the position of Camp Manager in the PTP Refugee Camp for Ivorian Refugees managed by the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC). IN addition to that, he served as National UNV from 2008-2010 on the UNHCR Protection and Monitoring Project as National Data Officer.

Cllr. George N. King – Co-Chair

Education: Master’s Candidate -Conflict Transformation Studies –+ Kofi Annan Institute, University of Lib; BSc in Development Studies — Cuttington University, 2003; LLB in Law — Louis Arthur Grimes Schl of Law, University Lib, 2021; plus Professional Certificate — Conflict Transformation Studies, Kofi Annan Institute, UL

Cllr. King has over 25 years working experiences with international Orgganizations including USAID sponsored programs (ACDI/VOCA, WINROCK INT’L, NRECA INT’L) as Community Organizer, and other local institutions as trainer and teacher.

Mr. Weamie Z. Tahn – Board of advisor

Education: Master’s degree in Finance; bachelor’s degree in economics; plus variety of professional certificates in Grants and Financial Management

Mr. Tahn is a developmental professional with over 10+ years of experience in leading projects, grants, and financial management functions for diverse international organizations.

He currently works for Partners in Health (PIH), which is an international social justice nonprofit that provides lifesaving healthcare to people who live in the global south. He serves as the Grants and Compliance Manager accompanying the Ministry of Health to improve the health system in Liberia for four years through managing over ten public sector grants. He promotes and ensures adherence to internal policies and donor regulations.

Mr. Tahn’s career began from diverse international organizations such that ranged from the Development Alternative Inc (DAI), Mercy Corps to the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) whereas, he held positions such as Senior Grants Officer, Subawards & Compliance Officer and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, respectively.

Mr. Tahn is passionate about mentoring and building the grants management capacities of nonprofit and civil society organizations so that their projects benefit historically marginalized communities. He has found his professional calling through training, developing and managing long-term impact-oriented projects.

Ms. Love S. Nagbe – Treasury Board

Education: Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting at the United Methodist University, Liberia. In addition to that, she has a variety of professional certificates in training and accountancy.

Ms.Love has 5+ plus years of accountancy experience and she has also exibited a passion for excellent records as an accountant and Finance.

Prior to the attainment of this degree, Ms. Love was fortunate to have worked with USAID Sponsored programs as well as International Non-profit Organizations that range from Save the Children, Mercy Corps, and UNDP respectively as an Accountant and or, Finance Officer. In addition to the above, Ms. Love loves to work with children – building children’s capacities is her calling; she’s a team player who’s gifted with team-to-team strategic management and coordination.

Ms. Love’s current career objectives are to support institutions and organizations to achieve their goals by implementing effective projects for communities in dire needs.

Mr. Edwin K. Lewis – Board Member

Education: Masters’ Degree in Economic Policy Management from Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda – 2016; Bachelor’s degree in Economic from the University of Liberia in 2010, plus variety of professional certificates in Procurement and Logistics Management from Makerere University (Kampala, Uganda) 2014, and Financial Management.

Mr.Lewis has 10+ plus years as a financial consultant, 3+ years as an auditor, plus other experiences as a statistician, research analyst, economic data, teaching assistant, and also has exibited a passion for excellent records keeping and Financial Management.

Prior to the attainment of these academic achievements, Mr. Lewis was fortunate to have worked with the University of Liberia, MAGUS Investment Corporation, Diffusion Liberia Inc., as well as other International Non-profit Organizations that range from Mercy Corps to UNDP and other UN agencies.

In addition to the above, Mr. Lewis loves to work with children – building children’s capacities with team-to-team strategic management and coordination. He has been very instrumental to RESCUE and its people of interests.
